| Too Long |
Wow! It has been ages! I haven't updated for waaaayy too long  . I apologise. Pretty much the site is so outdated with me now, this isn't me anymore, there is so many new things and so many things that have changed. I can't even believe how much this site doesn't reflect who I am now. I plan to create a whole new site, new content, new layout never everything, I think I may even delete this blog and start a new one. I can't even begin to tell you whats changed, but I will try. I live at Arundel House as you know, I broke up with Samuel quite some time ago. I got my braces off which feels weird but excellent and I started tap dancing lessons. I am really excited about my life right now, and while it is confusing it is beautiful. I am happy right now  and I can't wait to get this site up and running again!Thank you sooooo much to Afef for not deleting me, its been a hard few months!

So. I am not sure what I am going to do with this place. But I need to do something. My own site bores me, so next chance i get I will be making some changes.  I am living in Arundel House now, which is really quite a fast life style and there is hardly any time for anything really. I am loving having other people around all the time and I really love the atmosphere of college life. My operation was a success I think. I am not sure if I look different or if it is different if it is better. But it is nice being able to look in the mirror and see something symetrical. Samuel is in Canberra doing Law/Economics. I am really loving Sydney at the moment. I had the chance to catch up with an old friend the other night and it was really great cause we haven't spent any time together for quite some time. I really enjoyed it. Last night I went to a massive dance party called Beachball at the Manning Bar at uni. The Potbelleez were there and it was just so much fun. I can still hear the music it was so loud and I met so many people. I really am loving Syd. |

New Layout, the wonderful Hilary Duff. I haven't heard much about her in recent times, but I still love her style so I thought I would make her my new layout. I love the image. I think it is very flattering of her. I am recovering quite well from my operation. It has been a tough road actually. I have been in so much pain its not funny, but I am recovering so I am happy. I will be updating my Qbee soon, as I am probably going to get kicked out if I don't get active soon  but I haven't been able to help the time that I have needed off. I have been really sick, so yeh, can't help it.I updated a few sections, like the about me section and the places I've been and wishlist sections. But I am hoping to give those areas a bigger re-vamp soon. Also I am intending on adding a few more reads in the visitor section. Another thing that I forgot to mention is that I have created a seperate Tutorial page which you really should go check out here. The layout feature the lovely Vanessa Anne Hudgens, another leading lady that I love.  As for the life of Miss Samantha. I have been offered a place in both Arundel House and St. Barnabas Terraces. I really really want to accept the place at Arundel House, which is a girls college, housing 38 girls across the road from the uni. I think it would be really fun. Dad isn't too keen tho, cause I would have to park my car on the road, and he is weird with that kinda stuff. So we'll see. If all goes to my plan I will be moving in on the 23rd of Feb . Can't wait!

| Hiatus |
So in two days I am going into hospital for a major face reconstruction surgery.  I am very nervous and I haven't been able to sleep at all lately but I am determined to make this experience as goods it can be ! I am just scared of the useless hours where I will be sitting here doing absolutely nothing with no one to talk to and without the ability to talk to anyone. I hate the feeling of being isolated and that is how I think it will feel  .Anyway that means that I wont be around here for a while. So I have a new layout, I am not completey happy with it, so I think I might have to remake it later on, but I wanted a change so here it is! Also, as you can see I made a new smilie set for the site, I am not making it for download yet, but let me know if you actually want it and I will happily put it up!!             What do you think? So I tried to give more of my blood for my operation but they offically can't get any blood out of me, so I might have to use donar blood which kinda freaks me out. I mean, I realise that the blood is screened and tested and stuff but it is a wierd thought that someone elses blood is in me!!On other news, the girl I was going to get an apartment with bailed on me and now I have no where to live!! So I am applying for all the colleges, even though I think it might be too late! Anyway... peace out. |

Well I am back in action on the web scene! I hope everyone had a really great christmas and a happy new year! I had a pretty good Christmas and the cruise was ok, there were a few family complications on board which kinda put a dampener on things but we all survived and ultimately we learnt a few things about ourselves and each other. Like I learnt to never go on family holidays anyway and that it is time to let go of my childhood dependence on my family and break out and stand on my own two feet... The only thing is how my parents will feel about that! As you may know I applied for Wesley College, however I haven't recieved a offer so I am now on the hunt for an apartment near the uni. I am kinda scared... I thought things would fall into place easier than they have... and getting an apartment in Sydney city is like death. I am sure it will be fine tho. I will keep you updated. I guess I should make the New Years promise of an updated site! I should revamp this place a bit and add some new stuff, I have some ideas but I am just not sure right now... But there will be some changes in the next month or two. Anyway, I hope that everyone had a terrific Christmas and continue to have a good holiday season! |

Checking in before my big next few weeks. I thought I would give you a quick update on my summer holidays and a run down of what I am going to be up to for the next little while and to officially declare a HIATUS. So, lately i have been sitting around and not doing much. It has been good but I am so unbelievably tired!! I have been doing alot of scrapbooking and shopping and all that kinda stuff. Next week I am going to Canberra for two days so I wont be able to get near the computer for a while... and I am pretty sure that that week is going to be filled with prep for the cruise!! Which we are leaving on the 17th and will be on board over christmas. So I wont be checking back in here until after new years. Just so that you know!! I hope that you have an awesome christmas and a happy new year and I will have alot of pics up on here after of my next few weeks!! So exams are finally over. Actually they ended over a week ago but I have only just regained the energy to post a blog. I have been so tired lately. And still are to be honest I realised it has been over a months since I last blogged which is pretty slack but I guess things happen that make people not give in to habit. Exams were pretty good. They went off without a hitch. I wasn't late or anything for any of them so it was ok. I have half moved out of my university room at the Village which I am ultra excited about. I can't wait to wash my hands of that place. I just want out. I am pretty much living at home again which I am loving and the only thing that I have to complain about is that I am not seeing my boyfriend nearly half as much as I would like. But he is so busy at the moment with school work and stuff so I am just trying really hard to make him see how much I wish he was able to just sit with me and do nothing. On life news, I had my Birthday which went well. My parents gave me a Ripcurl watch and some clothes and a brown hand bag and my boyfriend gave me the most fantastic pink digital camera! I am in love! Also, I had my college interview at Wesley College. I think that it went well. I find out in about two - three weeks if I got in or not. I hope I did. Although If I dont then I will move in with my friend Lara which is also a really good option. As for site news. I am planning a new layout!! Yeh you heard right a NEW LAYOUT. I am going to be doing alot of new coding in php which is exciting... oh... I also have a new affilate! Danielle! Her button will be up soon. First of all I would like to say a big thank you to all those people who have been commenting me - just so you know I have attempted to add the plug function twice but can't get it to work properly, which sucks, as I really wanted to acknowledge all those people who are so kind to drop me a line. So please know that I am very thankful for your comments and when I have a spare afternoon, I will attempt the plug function once again! So, It's my birthday on Tuesday the 23rd of October. I will be 20! I can't believe it, I feel old, which isn't quite how I thought I would feel but I think that I am starting to become excited by the fact that I am not a kid anymore - and I will be treated accordingly - perhaps. lol. I just feel like a whole new chapter is starting for me, and as scary as that is, and to be honest I am having trouble dealing with it, I think it is exciting to find what this new chapter will entail. My next blog will be a visual of pressies - I love pressies! On other news, my first year of university is almost over. I have a week of classes, stuvac then a week of exams and it is all over for the year. Only two more years for this degree - I am starting to think that those two years are going to go too quickly. I am not really prepared at all for my exams, so I really should ge down to studying, so you may not hear much from me in the next three weeks - I will blog once of twice though. Anyway... thats all from me for today. |

| Hair Cut and Angry Old Men |
I got my hair cut today! I was so nervous before hand because I have had so many  So it is a whole heap shorter and layered and the top is alot blonder than it previously was and it cost heaps, but I think I am happy with it! I had a nasty experience today with a guy with major road rage. It was horrible. I merged into the other lane and their was plenty of room to merge, yet this JERK sped up and started beeping and swearing and doing every hand/finger jester he could think of as he chased me! Wow, so! I have a few things to say   On other news, my gorgeous kitty, Kiara had KITTENS! I was so happy! She makes a lovely mum! She was a little too young to have kittens as she has only just turned one, but that's ok, they are healthy and she seems happy enough! I am not sure of their genders yet. I will give more info as I gather it.  Also, I don't usually like to include You Tube stuff in my blogs, but you have gotta see this! Anyway, later friends. New Layout! New Content! New everything! I am so thrilled with this layout - you are wandering, the lovely image of a lady I have used is, it's Galadriel from the stage show of Lord of the Rings. I just love the image, and the colours are so gorgous. I really liked the brushes that I used on it too! Please let me know what you think. Love it, Hate it, So I am taking a sigh of relief this afternoon. I have handed in my last ever Social Legal essay! I never have to do another assignment for that evil subject - that you God. I did pretty much the whole assigment this morning - I didn't quite get 3000 words but I don't care! At least I have handed it in and its gone. I am sure I will do fine on it anyway, considering I go a distinction on the assignment before that one and I didn't even do the reading for it! So yes, relief. The musical I am in starts this friday. It is pretty exciting! I will make sure I get plenty of backstage photos for your enjoyment! Some of the costumes are sooooo good! And I get to wear a wig (cause I am a little old lady) and I love wearing wigs in musicals! Anyway I will keep you updated on that. My mother site Strawberry-Gashes is getting a new look soon, it is going to be great, because Afef is pure talent. I have a mega huge update on the way! You just wait and see, it is going to be so big you wont know what to do with yourself. (Perhaps you wont even care, lol, but I think it is a big deal!) I have made a brand new layout with the most incredible image, it is soooo different to this layout (which I am awefully sick of now). My code is the most advanced that I have even been able to write, I have been really working hard to learn more about php, css, and html in general along ith aspects of javascript and I am really excited to air my new layout. And with the new face of Kiki-La, comes with new content - I am currently working hard to create a big new tutorial section so that I can share what I have been learning. Apart from this huge lingering update that will happen soon (promise), I have been wrking really hard at school. I am actually quite surprised at how much effort I have been putting into uni of late. I have been keeping up with readings, finnishing assignments way before they are due, I am just generally happy with my effort. I do have some big things that are due that I haven't got to yet: 01. Geopolitics Assignment - Bibliographic - evironmental issues cross political borders. 02. Law and Contemporary Society - Torture and society 03. Ancient Rome - Livia So another thing I have been up to is the musical that I am in. The Producers. We open in 11 days!! SCARY!! But it ios really cmming along - the set is the main thing that needs work - but in terms of singing and dancing we ae pretty spot on. We are rehearsing alot which is getting tiring - Monday and Wednesday nights 7.30 - 10.30 and Sundays 10am - 8pm (BIG DAYS) so we should be ready in time!! Well just thought I would drop you all a line - thank you to my commenters. I love hearing from people. One thing I am working on for the new layout it a plug my commenters function in cutenews. I really want to acknoledge the people who put the effort into saying something to me!! |
